How can I get a quote for a job?

What file type do you prefer?
We prefer to receive all print ready files in PDF format. Most programs will save the 'save as PDF' option. If you're unsure how to convert your word document to PDF check out this link.
What if my file size is too large to email?
If you are unable it to email then you can send it via a file transfer software. We suggest www.wetransfer.com which is a free file sharing service or Dropbox.
What is bleed?
Bleed refers to the area that gets cut off when an artwork is trimmed down to finished size.
How much bleed should I set my file up with?
All print files should be set up with at least 2mm bleed, if required. For more information check out Supplying Files.
Delivery
Can I get my job delivered?
Yes, we offer deliver nationwide across New Zealand.
Do you ship internationally?
No, sorry we do not offer international shipping.
Do you deliver to PO Box and Rural addresses?
Yes, we can deliver to both PO Box and Rural addresses.
How long will it take for my job to arrive?
Delivery time is measured from when your job has been dispatched. Generally it will take 1-2 working days. This is an estimate only and does not include any hold ups that may occur due to the courier process. Orders are dispatched everyday from Monday - Friday.
